Micro Nano Aerator
Products Description
The micro-nano aerator consists of a main unit, a dissolved air system and a release system.
The pump in the main unit mixes air and water. After dissolving in the dissolved air tank, the release device generates nanobubbles and jets them into water at high speed.
The jet produces mechanical ionization, breaking the colloidal bonds of pollutant clusters and the bonds between pollutants. At the same time, active oxygen and oxygen ions oxidize and decompose pollutants to purify water.
Micro-nano bubbles have a water solubility of over 85% and a supersaturated dissolved oxygen concentration. They remain in water long-term and continuously replenish active oxygen, supplying sufficient oxygen and reaction time for wastewater purification microorganisms. After treatment, dissolved oxygen in water reaches 4 ppm, giving the water a self-purification capacity far better than natural water bodies.

Product Application
It is used in wastewater treatment, aquaculture, and other fields. The pH value of the medium is 6.5~8.0, and the medium temperature is ≤50℃.
Structure Description
- Water outlet pipe connector:Connects hoses/rigid pipes to deliver atomizer's dissolved air water to the target treatment area.
- Bubble Atomizer:Releases high-pressure dissolved air water, atomizing it into <20μm bubbles to form low-pressure, high-quality dissolved air water.
- Atomizer Inspection Valve:Close to maintain clogged atomizer.
- Pressure tank:Stainless steel; converts gas-water mixture into supersaturated high-pressure dissolved air water.
- Integrated Two-Phase Flow Dissolved Gas Generator:Submersible motor-driven, draws air/water, crushes into mixture to pressure tank; coaxial motor/pump head with separate seals (prevents liquid entering motor).
- Inlet Water Regulating Valve:Adapts to different heights; adjusts air-water ratio with intake valve (initial startup/debugging only).
- Water Inlet Pipe Connector:Uses hoses/rigid pipes (-0.05MPa negative pressure-resistant) to deliver river water to the generator.
- Intake Control Valve:Adjusts air intake; cooperates with inlet valve for ideal air-water ratio.
- Return water pipe:Connects the Dissolved Gas Generator to the pressure tank.
- Air release safety valve:Automatically opens to release pressure when tank pressure exceeds 0.7MPa; manually opened to release air if tank air ratio is too high (atomizer's dissolved air water has large bubbles).
- Pressure gauge:Observes pressure inside the pressure tank for pressure adjustment.
Product Features
- Decompose and oxidize all water pollutants, purify bottom silt, increase dissolved active oxygen, achieve thorough water purification, restore water self-purification capacity, and maintain long-term purified water environment.
- Low energy consumption: Nanobubbles have much higher oxygen transfer rate than ordinary bubbles; under the same aeration intensity, micro-nano aerators produce more dissolved oxygen and higher BOD than ordinary ones.
- Main equipment is stainless steel, resistant to various corrosive water bodies.
- Easier to construct and install than ordinary micro-nano aerators: installable on fixed bridges/floating platforms, floats on water (no foundation, not affected by water level); no machine room, pipes, pumps or valves (no blockage); quiet operation, no disturbance to residents.
Product Funcations
- Water with micro-nano oxygen bubbles enhances biological activity. Long-lasting bubbles slowly release gas and continuously supply active oxygen, boosting aerobic microbes, plankton and aquatic life, and accelerating pollutant decomposition in water and sediment.
- High-speed injected micro-nano bubbles ionize wastewater. Hydroxyl radicals from bursting bubbles, together with active oxygen and oxygen ions, oxidize pollutants into non-toxic small-molecule organics.
- Sediment purification breaks organic bonds into harmless inorganic matter in three stages:
① Active oxygen ions in micro-nano bubbles ionize water, breaking sludge organic bonds into inorganic substances.
② Acidic oxides (NO₂, SO₃, P₂O₅) form inorganic acids to decompose organics.
③ Active oxygen oxidizes organic matter.
Installation and Precautions
- Easy to install (requires installation experience); power supply installation must be done by a professional electrician.
- Water depth between water bottom and motor working area (on water surface) ≥1.50 meters.
- Assemble the nanobubble generator as per instructions, place it on pool bottom or bank. Set two symmetrical fixing points with expansion bolts, secure the generator with a cable (connect the other end to the float), place it in proper water position and tighten the cable.
- Power cord: movable rubber-sheathed waterproof cable, with one core reliably grounded to the motor casing.

- Strictly control installation depth per technical parameter table; do not arbitrarily adjust working depth.
- Check motor rotation direction within seconds of power-on; adjust in time if reversed.
- No long fibrous debris (metal wires, ropes, plastic bags, etc.) in the pool to avoid impeller tangling and water inlet blockage.
- Factory-equipped electrical control system; if it auto-cuts power during operation, identify causes, eliminate faults and restart (never short-circuit to start).
