Working Principle

During operation, a pressurized water jet creates negative pressure in the diffuser throat to draw in atmospheric air. The mixture is discharged at high speed, creating wide and deep vortex mixing for effective aeration. With an adjustable air intake and a constant shaft power unaffected by depth, this jet aerator is perfectly suited for tanks with fluctuating water levels.

Comprising a submersible pump and a jet pump, it delivers simultaneous mixing and oxygenation with a high oxygen transfer rate and a non-clogging impeller. The strong unidirectional flow drives effective circulation, while the motor load remains stable across varying water levels. It outperforms surface aerators in oxygen transfer speed, prevents sludge settling with high bottom velocities, and ensures quiet, splash-free operation to eliminate
secondary pollution.
