Use conditions
1. The medium temperature does not exceed 40°C;
2. The pH value of the medium is 5-9;
3. The density of the medium does not exceed 1150kg/m3;
4. The diving depth does not exceed 20m.

Installation system
The installation system of QJB submersible thruster can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without discharging sewage in the pool. When the pool depth H<4 meters, it is recommended to use the installation system. The submersible mixer's diving depth can be adjusted vertically as needed, and the angle of rotation around the guide rod in the horizontal plane is ±60°. The base, support frame and lower bracket of the lifting system are fixed with expansion bolts to the relevant connection surfaces of the pool without pre-reserved holes.

When the pool depth H>4 meters, it is recommended to use the installation system, and a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) needs to be made at the bottom of the pool. The base of the lifting system, the steel rope fixing frame and the guide base are fixed to the relevant connection surfaces of the pool with expansion bolts, and no reserved holes are required. The submersible thruster installation system uses guide steel ropes instead of guide rods, which has the characteristics of convenient transportation and simple on-site installation.

When customers place orders, please provide the pool depth H and pool type drawings so that the factory can determine the size of the guide rod or guide wire during processing. The material of the installation system is made of stainless steel (or carbon steel). In addition to the guide rod or guide wire and the lifting base in the installation system, multiple QJB thrusters can share a set of lifting devices.
