Working Mechanism

FQJB vertical buoy submersible mixer uses a large-displacement propeller-type propulsion impeller as the main hydraulic component. During operation, the submersible motor drives the propulsion impeller to work, so that the fluid generates flow velocity, and sprays and diffuses around at an angle at the bottom of the pool to form an annular mainstream belt. Because the flow velocity of the mainstream belt is relatively large, a turbulent area with it as the center is formed around it, which prompts the water in the entire pool to form a large cycle of up and down turbulence, thereby realizing large-area three-dimensional circulation stirring, so that the sludge in the pool is always in a state of turbulence and suspension, increasing the contact surface of the material phase, eliminating the stirring dead corner, achieving the purpose of uniform and gentle stirring, ensuring a good anaerobic treatment effect, and improving the treatment effect.

 

FQJB buoy submersible mixers can be divided into medium-high speed mixing series and high-speed mixing series according to different use occasions:

1. The medium-high speed mixing series of buoy submersible mixers has a relatively high speed and a relatively small service range, but the mixing is relatively gentle, and can be used in anaerobic or anoxic treatment of sewage treatment plants;

Main installation method
Fixed installation is divided into platform installation and pool bottom installation

a. Platform installation Build an installation platform, and directly install the main unit on the platform for fixing. This installation method is suitable for fixed water level occasions.

b. Pool bottom installation (currently only suitable for medium and high speed mixers). Place the mixer directly on the bottom of the pool, connect one end of the steel wire to the main unit, and fix the other end to the pool wall. The advantage of this method is that it does not affect the overall aesthetics and has a low investment cost. But it can only be used on hard pool bottoms.
