Product Introduction

The suspended submersible mixer is a replacement of the original QJB submersible mixer (the motor is a submersible motor) that relies on its own weight to position itself at the bottom of the pool, and replaces it with a floating installation form that uses a mounting bracket and is suspended in the water by a float. The current QJB submersible mixer installation form must be supported by a hard foundation or platform. The improved design of the suspended submersible mixer not only works in a hard foundation pool built of concrete, but is also suitable for working in soft foundation environments such as oxidation ponds, fish ponds, landscape lakes, sewage channels, rivers, etc. Therefore, the improved design of the suspended submersible mixer makes installation more convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, and expands the scope of use of submersible mixing, solving the problem of mixing dead corners.
Scope of application
The submersible mixer can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
The medium temperature does not exceed 40℃;
The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;
The medium density does not exceed 1150kg/m3;
Long-term submersible operation, the diving depth generally does not exceed 20m.
Precautions for selecting suspended submersible mixers
To ensure that the submersible mixer achieves better operating results, please provide the following information:
1) Purpose of use;
2) Pool type and size;
3) Characteristics of the mixing medium, including viscosity, density, solid content, etc.
Assembly and installation of suspended submersible mixer
1. The installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without draining the sewage in the pool.
2. The maximum angle of deflection of the submersible mixer around the guide rod in the horizontal plane is ±60°. The connection between the hanger seat, support frame and lower bracket and the pool is fixed with expansion bolts, and no reserved holes are required. When the pool depth H > 4 meters, a support frame should be added in the middle of the guide rod. When placing an order, please provide the pool depth H so that the factory can determine the guide rod size and the number of support frames during processing.
3. Use a 0~500V megohmmeter to check that the cold insulation resistance of the three core wires of the motor main cable to the ground shall not be less than 1 megohm. It is strictly forbidden to use a megohmmeter to check the control cable to avoid damaging the electrical components inside the water pump. Use a multimeter to check the control cable;
4. The voltage must be within the range of ±5% of the rated voltage marked on the nameplate. If the power supply is far away from the water pump, line loss should be considered, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the number of joints should be as small as possible, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage.
