Product Overview:
Floating drum push-flow submersible mixer, also called floating drum submersible mixer, is a new generation of mixing equipment designed for mixing deep round or square pools that require gentle and uniform mixing without damaging the flocculent structure and floccules of activated sludge. On the basis of summarizing the existing sewage mixing equipment at home and abroad, the product structure and performance have been innovated, especially on the basis of the propulsion mixer, the horizontal structure is creatively changed to a vertical circulation structure, making it more distinctive in terms of overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, applicability, etc. It has the advantages of long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, low investment, and low operating costs.
Working Mechanism
Floating drum push-flow submersible mixer uses large-displacement, propeller-type propulsion impellers and blades as the main hydraulic components. When running, the submersible motor drives the propulsion impeller and blade to work, so that the fluid generates flow velocity and flow field, forming an annular mainstream belt to the bottom and surrounding of the pool. Because the flow velocity of the mainstream belt is relatively high, a turbulent area centered on it is formed, which prompts the entire water body to form a large circulation of up and down, thereby realizing large-area three-dimensional circulation stirring, so that the sludge in the pool is always in a state of tumbling and suspension, achieving the purpose of uniform and gentle stirring, and improving the treatment effect.
According to different use occasions, it is divided into three stirring series: high, medium and low:
The medium and high speed stirring series has a relatively high speed and a relatively small service range, but the stirring is relatively gentle. It can be used for anaerobic or anoxic treatment of sewage treatment.
The low-speed push stirring series has a low speed, a large service range, high hydraulic efficiency, and uniform stirring. It can be used in regulating tanks of various sewage treatment projects, and can also be used for anaerobic or anoxic treatment.

Product features
⒈The turbulent area is large, the action area is wide, the stirring is gentle and uniform, and it will not damage the floc structure and bacterial flocs of the activated sludge.
⒉The water flow adopts a vertical large circulation flow scheme, which is suitable for deeper circular or square water tanks, stirs the sludge fully, and the radiation area can reach 100~800 square meters.
⒊ The mixer is powered by a submersible motor, which works underwater when used. It not only has good cooling conditions and a wide range of applicable depths, but also does not produce secondary pollution such as noise.
⒋ The main seal of the submersible motor is two independent mechanical seals, and the friction material is corrosion-resistant, alloy and silicon carbide, and all fasteners are made of stainless steel.
⒌ The motor winding is F-class insulation, with a protection level of IP68, and is equipped with leakage detection, winding overheating and other protection functions, making the product more reliable.
⒍ A variety of installation forms can be adopted. When using floating installation, the working position can be moved at any time, which is convenient and flexible; it can be centrally controlled and automatically controlled, or it can be operated alone, which is easy to manage.

It can be widely used in the treatment of wastewater and urban domestic sewage in industries such as petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, leather making, medicine, food, papermaking, textiles, etc.

The equipment has limited fiber passing capacity, and plastic braids, metal wires, firewood sticks and other debris should be avoided from entering the pool.

Structural introduction
The submersible buoy mixer developed by our factory has a compact structure and small size. The medium and high-speed mixer consists of a buoy, a submersible motor, an impeller, a wire rope and a guide rod; the low-speed buoy mixer consists of a propeller, a reducer, a submersible motor, a wire rope, a main shaft and a buoy.
Installation and commissioning:
Installation of medium and high-speed mixer
⑴Fasten the four buoy hoops to the middle position of the four sides of the buoy, and then connect one end of the fixed wire rope to the earring on the hoop with a shackle. During installation, four sufficiently long and firm ropes should be prepared according to the on-site conditions, and the other ends of the wire ropes should be fastened respectively.
⑵The cable of the submersible mixer should be fixed on a steel wire rope and extended to the shore to connect to the electric control cabinet.
⑶Check the rotation direction of the motor. Before the initial installation and start of the submersible mixer, or after each reinstallation, the rotation direction should be checked. The inspection method is: start the submersible mixer instantly and observe that the rotation direction of the impeller is consistent with the direction indicated on the sign. If the rotation direction is inconsistent, just swap the positions of any two phases of the three phases. If multiple submersible mixers are connected to the same control box or terminal, each submersible mixer must be checked.
⑷Use a hoist to fasten the buoy and pay attention to balance. Do not hang it directly on the hoop earrings. Use the lifting equipment to slowly lift the whole machine, slowly put it into the pool water, untie the hoist, and gently pull it to the position in the pool with a fly rope. The buoy is placed in a diamond position with four corners facing four sides of the pool. Then tighten the wire rope slightly, visually observe that the two wire ropes on the opposite sides are in a straight line, and the two straight lines formed by the four wire ropes are perpendicular to each other and perpendicular to the four sides of the buoy. Drill holes in the solid position of the pool wall along the direction of the wire rope, fix the ground piles with expansion bolts, adjust the length of the wire ropes on the four sides, pay attention to the possible drop in the water level, release enough margin, clamp the chuck, and fix it on the ground pile with a shackle. During the entire lifting process, always pay attention to protecting the cable, and never use the submersible mixer cable to lift or hang the mixer.
Low-speed mixer installation
When installing the blade, install it according to the matching surface of the blade and the blade, and the sharp corner of the blade is beyond the main engine. The rest of the installation steps are the same as the installation steps of the medium and high-speed mixer.
Attention! The impeller cannot be reversed underwater, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the main engine and the blades!
