Working Principle

Selection requirements
The selection of basket grille mainly depends on the hourly flow rate. After the hourly flow rate is determined, we can select similar models according to our grating requirements. Make the corresponding grating well.

Commissioning requirements
1. Before lifting and installing, we should check whether the size of the foundation is in line with the size of the basket grating;
2. Before putting the grating in, install the guide rail on both sides of the canal wall;
3. The installation of the guide bar must be vertical, the guide rail can be spot-welded to the pre-embedded iron on the canal wall first, and the guide rail can be welded firmly after checking the verticality (if the canal wall is not left with pre-embedded parts, chemical bolts can be used to fix the steel plate to the canal wall)
4. Install the lifting device in the center of the two sides of the guide rail directly above, to ensure the smoothness of lifting;
5. Connect the grill with the lifting device, and put the grill out of the bottom of the canal along the guide rail;
6. The lifting and lowering process must be smooth and stable.

Installation and maintenance
1. Inspect the lifting device regularly;
2. Clean up the debris intercepted by the grating in time;
