The High-Drainage Screw Press is a pressing equipment that uses variable-pitch screw blades to squeeze and dehydrate the conveyed materials, making the treated materials easy to transport and avoiding secondary water pollution caused by the treated materials. Its pressing area adopts a grid barrel structure, and its water passing capacity, water throughput and pressing efficiency are much higher than those of ordinary screw presses. It is more suitable for use with equipment equipped with flushing devices, such as internal flow bar screen decontaminators, mesh plate bar screen decontaminators, etc.

 

Main Structure and Working Principle

 

The High-Drainage Screw Press consists of a frame, a driving device, pressing blades, a pressing barrel, a discharge barrel, etc. The variable-pitch screw blades rotate in a fixed direction under the drive of the motor. The materials are squeezed and dehydrated by the rotation and extrusion of the screw blade transmission line, the materials are discharged from the slag outlet, and the liquid flows into the water collection tank through the hole mesh at the bottom of the machine and then is discharged. The screw starts from the end of the slotted pressure pipe, and the conveying section ends in the compression zone. The length of the screw blade is limited before the outlet, so that the treated materials are fully squeezed in the pressing pipe. Conveying and extrusion are completed by a variable-pitch high-strength screw blade, and the pressing and conveying length has been verified to meet the service requirements through years of actual use. If the working conditions are complex, a spray device can be equipped for self-cleaning. Its pressing area adopts a grid barrel structure, which is different from ordinary screw presses and can achieve higher water filtration, drainage and pressing effects. It is suitable for use with equipment equipped with flushing devices.

The YGP Type High-Drainage Screw Press is mainly composed of a driving device, a feed inlet, a water tank, a screw shaft, a filter screen, a pressing and discharging pipe, and a drainage tank. The grid residue enters the water tank of the screw press from the feed inlet, the waste water is discharged to the drainage tank through the filter plate in the water tank, and the waste is further squeezed through the pressing and discharging pipe to discharge water into the drainage tank, which is then discharged through the drainage pipe to achieve the separation purpose.
