LYZ Type Screw Press

The LYZ Type Screw Press is a supporting product for the mechanical bar screen decontaminator. Its function is to press and dehydrate the slag and dirt fished out by the bar screen decontaminator to reduce its moisture and volume, facilitating transportation and landfill disposal.

It has a simple structure, small floor space, and convenient installation and maintenance; except for the open inlet and outlet, all other parts can be sealed with covers, preventing material overflow and reducing air pollution.

The screw press is composed of an extrusion screw, a screw tube, transmission components, a feed hopper, a discharge hopper and other parts. The dirt enters the screw tube from the feed hopper, and is conveyed to the slag outlet after being compressed and dehydrated under the action of the extrusion screw.
