Application Scenarios

It is used in aeration tanks and aeration grit chambers of sewage treatment plants for oxygenation and mixing of the sewage-sludge mixture, as well as for biochemical treatment of sewage or aeration in aquaculture ponds.

Product Features

 

  • Unique air mixing chamber design, featuring high oxygen dissolution rate, a large proportion of micro bubbles, high oxygenation efficiency and a wide oxygenation area;
  • No dead zones in the tank: the horizontal aeration flow with entrained bubbles can fully scour every corner of the tank bottom;
  • Simple and compact structure with long unit service life. Equipped with heavy-duty bearings, it adopts an oil-bath shaft seal and air intake waterproof contact design, ensuring the aerator operates 24/7 continuously and long-term without faults.
  • The unit operates submerged in water with no noise. A muffler can be optionally installed at the end of the air intake pipe above the water surface to enhance the noise reduction effect.

 

Structural Features

 

  1. Floating positioning, easy to install, and can be freely arranged and moved without interrupting the process operation;
  2. Compact design structure, utilizing the self-priming function without the need for an external air source, and producing uniform bubbles;
  3. The main unit operates underwater, with aeration not affected by water level changes. There are no ground-mounted equipment, and the noise is low;
  4. Can be directly used in large-area water bodies such as oxidation ponds, river channels, and fish ponds, saving infrastructure investment;
