Vertical Circulation Mixer

The Vertical Circulation Mixer is a new-generation mixing equipment specially developed and designed for square or circular sewage tanks with large area and deep tank volume. Based on full reference and summary of the technical experience of existing domestic and overseas sewage mixing equipment, this product has undergone systematic innovation in its structure and core performance. Particularly on the basis of traditional propeller mixer technology, it has innovatively upgraded the horizontal structure to a vertical circulation structure, endowing it with prominent advantages in overall structure, technical performance, mixing efficiency, service coverage area and scenario applicability. It boasts such merits as long service life, low operating noise, convenient installation and maintenance, low initial investment and low operating cost.

1.The medium-high speed stirring series of the Vertical Circulation Mixer has a relatively high rotating speed and a relatively small service range, with gentle stirring. It is applicable to anaerobic or anoxic treatment in sewage treatment plants.

2.The low-speed propulsion stirring series of the Vertical Circulation Mixer features low rotating speed, large service range, high hydraulic efficiency and uniform mixing. It can be used in equalization tanks of various sewage treatment projects, as well as in anaerobic or anoxic tanks.

1.The Vertical Circulation Mixer features a large turbulent flow area and a wide active zone, with gentle and uniform mixing. It can effectively reduce or even eliminate mixing dead zones, and will not damage the floc structure and zoogloea of activated sludge.

2.The mixer adopts a large-scale circulation flow pattern for water flow, achieving thorough sludge mixing. It is suitable for a water depth of 2–9 m and covers a radiation area of 100–800 square meters.

3.The mixer is powered by a submersible motor that is coaxial with the mixer body. It operates submerged below the liquid surface, which not only provides excellent cooling conditions and a wide applicable depth range, but also avoids secondary pollution such as noise. The electromechanical integration structure reduces mechanical loss and improves unit efficiency.

4.The main seal of the submersible motor adopts two sets of series-connected mechanical seals, supplemented by multiple auxiliary sealing systems, which ensures the sealing reliability of the motor.

5.The submersible motor is equipped with multiple alarm and protection systems against oil leakage, stator over-temperature, phase loss, short circuit and other faults, making the operation safer and more reliable.

6.The mixer is convenient and flexible to install, supporting a variety of installation methods. Floating mounting eliminates the need for specialized workshops and dedicated installation platforms, resulting in lower overall investment and easier installation, operation and maintenance.

7.The mixer is not restricted by tank type and volume. It can be configured as one mixer per tank or multiple mixers per tank. The quantity can be increased or decreased and the installation position can be moved at any time according to process requirements. It supports both centralized automatic control and single-unit operation, with extremely convenient management.
