please perform regular inspections and maintenance:
1. The cable should be inspected irregularly according to the working conditions and medium conditions, paying special attention to the upper and lower waterlines. If external damage is found, please replace it;
2. Check the motor insulation and the external fastening screws of the equipment at least once a year. If the insulation resistance of the motor winding to the ground is less than 5 megohms;
3. Replace the lubricating oil. The equipment has been injected with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil before leaving the factory, and it should be replaced after 3 months of initial operation. When replacing, lift the equipment out of the water, with the oil plug of the oil chamber facing downward, loosen the screw plug, release the lubricating oil, and then clean the oil chamber with washing oil, drain the cleaning oil, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, replace a new o-ring, and tighten the screw plug.
Note: If the released oil is in the form of emulsified liquid, it means that the oil contains water. Check again three weeks after the oil change. If it is still in the form of emulsified liquid, check the mechanical seal. If necessary, replace the mechanical seal in time. After the mechanical seal is replaced, the oil chamber must be tested for routine maintenance. The lubricating oil should be replaced every six months. The lubricating oil is 32# mechanical oil or transformer oil, and the cleaning oil can be gasoline or kerosene.
4. When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a dry and ventilated place. If placed in water, it should be operated for at least 4 hours every 15 days;
5. After the equipment fails, please follow the troubleshooting method prompted to eliminate it. If it still cannot be eliminated, do not dismantle or repair it privately.

Before installation, the construction personnel who carry out the installation of the submersible low-speed flow booster must do a good job of equipment foundation work to verify the work, including the elevation of the foundation, elevation, depth of the bolt holes, relative position and center line, etc., and prepare sufficient iron pads.
1. Motor failure: In front of us, the motor is disassembled, idle, and find out the problem.
