Belt Convey

The belt conveyor is applicable to the sectors of chemical industry, metallurgy, coal mine, hydropower, building materials and others. It can convey various bulk materials such as lumps and granules, so it is also often matched with grilles or dewatering machines in urban sewage treatment systems to convey grille residue or dewatered sludge.

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, a belt, idlers, a driving device, a tensioning device, bend pulleys, a braking device and a cleaning device.

This equipment adopts a continuous trough belt type. Materials fall onto the conveyor belt from the discharge hopper of a grille or a dewatering machine. Driven by an electric drum, the materials move from one end to the other. The end of the conveyor is connected to a garbage bin for subsequent separate treatment.

The equipment features reliable operation, large conveying capacity and long conveying distance, and supports multi-point material feeding and continuous conveying.

The driving device adopts an oil-cooled electric drum with IP55 protection grade, featuring a compact structure, small floor space and easy maintenance.

The equipment is equipped with a screw tensioning device to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the conveyor belt.

The conveyor belt is made of nitrile rubber with vulcanization joint method, enabling easy cleaning, corrosion resistance and long service life.

Slag baffles are installed on both sides of the upper trough idlers to prevent sewage mixed with grille residue from flowing and overflowing, keeping the working environment clean.

It is easy to operate and free of clogging with convenient maintenance. It can be installed in horizontal arrangement or for inclined conveying, making it an ideal equipment for conveying grille residue.

The equipment can realize interlocked control with supporting equipment for easy operation, and can also be equipped with an independent local control box.
