Working principle
- Program control mode: preset dosing cycle, dosage and frequency, the system automatically starts and stops the metering pump according to the time program, suitable for fixed working conditions.
- Feedback control mode: real-time monitoring of water quality parameters (such as pH value, conductivity) through sensors, dynamic adjustment of dosing amount to maintain the set value, suitable for complex working conditions.
- Proportional control technology: some models use proportional mixing technology, which can automatically adjust the mixing ratio of drugs and water.
Application scenarios
- Industrial field: used for circulating water treatment of power plants (dosing of scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors), chemical reaction processes (acid-base neutralization), and wastewater treatment (dosing of coagulants). Agriculture: Control the spraying of pesticides and fertilizers, such as the automatic spray system can adjust the amount of medicine according to the vehicle speed and spray width.
- Aquaculture: Add nutrients to aquaculture water.
Maintenance points
- Regular inspection: The feed inlet and filter of the metering pump need to be cleaned to prevent blockage, and the stirring device needs to ensure flexible rotation.
- Oil management: The metering pump transmission box needs to be regularly supplemented with worm gear oil or industrial closed gear oil.
- Monitoring: Check the sensitivity of the pressure gauge and check the risk of pipeline valve leakage.
