External Water Microfiltration Machine

Microfiltration machines are one of the technologies used for seawater circulating aquaculture water treatment to solve the problems of easy clogging, easy damage, easy corrosion, and difficult maintenance of existing microfiltration machines. Microfiltration machines purify water bodies by separating solid wastes in aquaculture water bodies to achieve the purpose of recycling. In the field of aquaculture, microfiltration machines are more used for filtering raw water to remove large particles of sediment, suspended algae, particles, etc. in the water.

The microfilter is mainly composed of a water inlet tank, a precision filter, a turntable, a motor drive device, etc.; auxiliary equipment includes: backwash pump, fluid heater, slide cover and bracket. Its function is to use a microporous screen with a mesh size of 80 to 200 mesh/square inch fixed on the drum filter equipment, and to intercept solid particles in the aquaculture water to achieve a solid-liquid separation purification device.

Working principle:

The working principle of the microfilter is that when the water passes through the microporous screen on the drum of the microfilter, the solid waste in the water is separated under the rotation of the drum, so that the water is purified and the purpose of recycling is achieved. While filtering, the microporous screen can be cleaned in time through the rotation of the drum and the force of the backwash water, so that the equipment always maintains a good working condition.
