The stepped screen dirt remover is a fine screen dirt remover that combines dirt interception and dirt removal. 1. The step-type screen dirt remover is mainly composed of the main components such as the drive device, the frame, the traction chain, the mesh plate with the lifting ladder and the electronic control system. The drive motor is installed on the main shaft in the forward direction of the frame. Driven by the transmission chain, the mesh plates on both sides extract the dirt trapped within their length from bottom to top. When they reach the upper part, the sprockets are turned to automatically complete the overturning and unloading work. The slag water is discharged into the slag collecting trough between the mesh plates on both sides and then discharged from the machine by gravity.

 

2. The drive device of the step-type screen dirt remover is located on the upper part of the frame. Screw adjustment devices are set on the front and rear sides of the frame to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain. The frame of the step-type screen dirt remover is an integral rectangular rigid structure assembled and welded by stainless steel plates and steel sections. There is a water inlet hole at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame, and guide rails are provided on the front and rear wall panels of the frame. The frame is installed in the middle of the grille well, and the gap between the two sides of the frame and the grille well is the channel for water to be discharged after the grille is filtered. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the frame, which can prevent floating garbage from passing through while diverting the water.

 

The traction sprocket and guide device for transmission are placed on the upper and lower parts of both sides of the frame respectively. The stepped mesh plate is made of ASTM304 stainless steel, and the mesh surface is a regularly arranged small hole, which has the function of passing water and intercepting sewage, and the step surface can intercept larger sewage.
