Dosing Machine

• Flocculants are commonly used dosing agents in water treatment. They are generally organic polymer substances. In the process of dissolving such substances in water, due to their high viscosity, the dissolution process is often complicated and easy to agglomerate, which increases the intensity of manual operation and reduces the degree of automation of dosing.
• In order to solve such problems, Nanjing Lanjiang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. has developed the JYJ/A series integrated flocculant preparation device based on the current advanced process technology. It is a fully automatic dosing system that integrates dissolution, maturation and dosing. The equipment controls the amount of dosing according to the concentration of the required liquid medicine, automatically stirs, dissolves and matures the flocculant, and then adds it to the treated water by the dosing pump, which greatly reduces the complexity of the flocculant use process, makes the dosing process automatic and accurate, and saves the amount of medicine.
• The JYJ/A series devices take up little space, are easy to install, have a high degree of automation, and have a long service life. They can be widely used in urban water treatment, sewage treatment, and water treatment in the power industry, truly relieving users of the troubles caused by the dosing of chemicals.

 

• The flocculant dry powder is poured into the hopper of the dry powder feeder, and the feeding amount is accurately controlled by changing the speed of the feed motor.
• The dry powder is pushed into the mixer through the feed pipe by the dosing screw. The electric heating tape of the feed pipe can prevent the dry powder inside from getting damp and agglomerated and blocking the feed pipe.
• The dry powder entering the mixer is immediately moistened by the dilution water and slides into the preparation grid, where there is a slowly rotating electric stirrer.
• The liquid medicine is initially mixed, and then the liquid medicine flows into the maturation grid, where it is fully mixed and matured.
• The matured liquid medicine flows into the dosing grid. In order to prevent the matured liquid medicine from precipitating, the stirrer in the dosing grid performs intermittent stirring when the preparation of the liquid medicine is stopped.

Installation Instructions:

•  A 0.2-meter-thick horizontal cement base is left in the equipment room, and the equipment and dosing metering pump are placed on it. There should be at least 1 meter between the equipment and the wall.
• A tap water pipe should be left in the equipment room, and the water pressure should be stable at about 3bar. Connect the water inlet pipe. The connecting pipe uses PVC pipe, and the connection method is gluing.
• A drainage ditch should be left in the equipment room, and the pipes connecting the overflow pipe and the vent pipe should be connected to the ditch.
• Connect the liquid extraction pipe to the dosing metering pump.
• An AC380 power supply should be left in the equipment room.
