Installation steps
Preparation before installation
Site inspection: Ensure that the installation site is flat, the embedded position and size meet the design requirements, the two sides of the grid must be parallel and perpendicular to the plane, and the error must be controlled within the allowable range.
Tool and equipment inspection: Prepare wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools, and be familiar with the equipment structure and working principle.
Equipment installation
Fix the bracket and position: Place the equipment in the preset pit, fix and weld it through the bracket, and ensure that the anchor nut is tightened.
Wiring and hydraulic system: Connect the power cord correctly (pay attention to the correspondence between the positive and negative poles), and check the oil level and pressure parameters of the hydraulic system.
Debugging and trial operation
No-load test: After the power is turned on, run at no load to observe whether the equipment is stable and has no abnormal noise or jitter.
Angle and chain adjustment: Correct the tilt angle of the equipment (vertical installation is recommended to reduce gear friction), and adjust the tightness of the chain and rake chain.
Maintenance points
Regular inspection
Inspection of key components : Check the wear of nylon pads, grids and grid cylinders every month, and replace damaged parts in time; the spiral blades need to be replaced when the wear exceeds 10% of the original size .
Fasteners and lubrication : Check whether the bolts are loose, and the reducer lubricating oil should be replaced once a year, and the oil level should be kept within the standard line .
Cleaning and anti-corrosion
Grid residue cleaning : Use a high-pressure pump to regularly flush the grid and spiral blades to clean up residual impurities .
Anti-corrosion treatment : Keep the surface of the equipment clean to avoid residual corrosive substances, and regularly check the integrity of the passivation layer of stainless steel parts .
Fault handling and long-term storage
Emergency shutdown : If an abnormality occurs during operation, shut down immediately and contact a professional for repair .
Preparation for long-term storage : Clean the equipment before storage, wear protective clothing when flushing, and check the rust-proof status of each component.
