Product structure

This machine is mainly composed of a rotary drum grid, a milling cutter, a gasket, a spindle, a bearing, a machine seal, a frame, a reducer, a motor, an electric control box, etc.

Driven by the driving components, the tooth rake of the rotary drum grid moves in a circular motion, and the debris in the water intercepted by the circular bars is sent to the crusher, while the water flows through the grid. The driving parts of the crusher drive the active shaft to rotate, and at the same time, the active shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate through precision gears, so that the milling cutters fixed on the two shafts rotate in the opposite direction, and the solids are crushed.
