Oil change should be carried out as follows:

Place the crushing grille on two brackets or lift it horizontally with a crane, with the oil chamber screw plug facing down, place a container under the screw plug for oil collection, screw the screw plug, and (if the oil filling hole screw has also been loosened, oil drainage will be easier) release the lubricating oil.

Then clean the oil chamber with cleaning oil, and then inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil (90# gear oil or 20# machine oil, the amount of oil to be added is about 3 liters.), the crushing type grille should be kept in a horizontal position at this time /

In general, the O-ring of the oil hole screw should be replaced, and then the screw plug should be tightened. If water (milky emulsion) is found in the replaced oil, clean the oil chamber according to regulations, then inject new oil, replace the new O-ring, and tighten the screw plug. Recheck after three weeks. If the oil turns into a milky emulsion again, the mechanical seal should be checked and replaced.
