The sewage carries the garbage into the crushing grid cutting area;

Large pieces of garbage larger than 8mm are intercepted by the drum and transferred to the cutting area for crushing;

Small pieces of garbage smaller than 8mm are carried by the water flow through the drum area;

The crushed large pieces of garbage are crushed into 6-12mm particles and pass through the cutting chamber;

The crushed particles flow downstream.

Features

1. Double-shaft pulverizer: Suitable for more solid particles than single-shaft pulverizer, two counter-rotating shafts to crush particles between the two shafts;
2. Shaftless drum: Stainless steel, various sizes of gate gaps are available, including 6mm
3. Blade selection: Various tooth designs are available as needed to adapt to various situations requiring a small gap between the drum and the pulverizer
4. Shaft liner guide device: Guides solid impurities into the cutting chamber and protects the seal from sand and gravel
5. Low base: The cutting chamber can be used to the maximum extent to improve the crushing capacity at low flow rates
6. Top sturdy seat: Simple and sturdy maintenance is possible without lifting the equipment out of the channel
7. Easy installation: Applicable to most existing channels, no or only minimal civil engineering changes are required
8. Mechanical seal: Pressure can be as high as 0.6Mpa, no need to clean the seal, no need to adjust the gland
9. Model design: Channel width up to 550mm, flow rate up to 11000m3/h
