Gate structure composition
It can be divided into the following three parts:
1. Main moving part (gate leaf)
Gate leaf body: including panel, beam grid system (main beam, side beam, secondary beam, etc.), forming a frame structure to support water pressure. The panel directly bears the water pressure, and the beam grid system transfers the load to the supporting parts.
Supporting walking device: divided into sliding support, rolling support (such as roller, sprocket) and other forms, used for the movement of the gate leaf in the gate groove.
Water stop device: including top water stop, side water stop and bottom water stop, usually using compressible rubber products to ensure that the orifice is sealed when the gate is closed.
Lifting ear: connecting the lifting point of the opening and closing equipment, used for the lifting and lowering operation of the gate leaf.
2. Embedded part
Supporting walking embedded parts: such as main rails, guide rails, etc., fixed on the gate pier or bottom plate to provide a track for the movement of the gate leaf.
Water-stop embedded fasteners: include lintel, sill and water-stop seat, cooperate with door leaf water-stop device to form a sealing surface.
Protective embedded fasteners: protect the surrounding structure of the orifice to prevent water erosion and damage.
3. Opening and closing equipment
Opening and closing machine: includes power, transmission and braking devices, divided into mechanical (such as winch) or hydraulic type.
Connecting device: such as screw, wire rope or hydraulic rod, transmits the power of opening and closing machine to the door leaf lifting ear.
