Product structure principle
The internal flow screen fine screen consists of six parts: frame, drive system, screen system, backwash system, slag removal system and electronic control system. The reduction motor drives the sprocket to rotate, and the sprocket drives the screen to rotate continuously; the sewage enters the screen from the water inlet, is filtered by the screen, and the filtered water flows to the outside of the screen. The dirt is intercepted on the inner surface of the same plate and brought to the top with the continuous rotation of the screen; the backwash system washes the outside of the washing plate, and the dirt is washed into the slag collection tank under the action of the flushing water, and flows out of the sewage outlet with the flushing water.
Use and scope of application
The internal flow screen is a fine screen decontamination equipment that combines dirt interception and dirt removal. It is suitable for large, medium and small pumping stations as a fine screen to intercept and remove floating objects in the water, such as weeds, paper, cigarette butts, melon seeds, fibers, hair, etc. This model has a high dirt capture rate and can maintain the effective implementation of subsequent treatment processes
Technical parameters

Structure and features
The internal flow type mesh screen sludge remover is mainly composed of the main components such as the drive device, frame, traction chain, mesh plate with lifting steps, flushing system and electronic control system. The drive motor is installed on the main shaft in the positive direction of the frame. Driven by the transmission chain, the mesh plates on both sides extract the dirt trapped within their length from bottom to top. When reaching the upper part, through the steering function of the sprocket, under the action of the flushing water of the top flushing device, the dirt unloading work is automatically completed. The slag water is discharged into the slag collecting trough between the mesh plates on both sides and then discharged out of the machine by gravity. The drive device of the internal flow type mesh screen sludge remover is located on the upper part of the frame, and the shaft-mounted reducer. Screw adjustment devices are set on the front and rear sides of the frame to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain.
The frame of the internal flow type mesh screen sludge remover is an integral rectangular rigid structure assembled and welded with stainless steel plates and steel sections. There is a water inlet hole at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame. Guide rails are provided on the front and rear wall panels of the frame. An internal slag collecting trough is also provided on the upper part, which extends to the outside of the machine. The frame is installed in the middle of the grille well. The gap between the two sides of the frame and the grille well is the channel for the water to be filtered out by the grille. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the frame, which can prevent floating garbage from passing through while diverting the water.
Grille frame
The frame of the grille machine is made into an integral structure for easy lifting and installation in the civil structure. The frame structure of the grille machine is equipped with replaceable rolling bars and mesh plate guide devices to guide the rotation of the mesh plate. At the bottom of the frame is a replaceable semicircular guide rail to assist the mesh plate in turning when it rotates at the bottom.

Chain of the screen
The main chain is equipped with sealing strips, consisting of chains, chain sleeves and chain pins, equipped with rolling strips, which run on guide rails in the frame. Each screen of the screen is fixed to the main chain by bolts on both sides. The screen lifting step is located at the edge of each screen, and the screens are sealed by sealing strips. The sealing between the screens and the frame is completed by soft rubber, and the water intake partition wall and the fine screen frame also adopt a soft sealing structure.
Top of the screen
There is a horizontally installed shaft on the upper part of the main frame of the screen machine, with two gears at both ends of the shaft to drive the main chain to rotate. The two ends of the shaft are fixed by an automatic positioning rolling bearing and sealed in a lubricating waterproof chamber. The waterproof chamber is mounted on parallel sliding strips by screws fixed to the frame. When the screen of the screen passes the unloading point above the screen slag collection tank, it is washed clean by flushing water sprayed from a series of injection pipes installed inside the top of the screen. The screens and flushing water are discharged into the screens collection tank, and then discharged into a sump located on the civil work platform through the screens collection tank and then fall into the press. The main frame part located above the civil work platform is equipped with a removable inspection cover with inspection holes and protective plates to minimize the aerosol substances brought by the injection.
