It is suitable for large, medium and small pumping stations as a fine grid to intercept and clean floating objects in the water, such as weeds, paper, cigarette butts, melon seeds, fibers, hair, etc. This model has a high dirt capture rate and can ensure the implementation of subsequent treatment processes.

Main structure and features
The stepped grid dirt remover is mainly composed of main components such as a drive device, a frame, a traction chain, a mesh plate with a lifting ladder and an electronic control system. The driving motor is installed on the main shaft in the forward direction of the frame. Driven by the transmission chain, the mesh plates on both sides extract the dirt trapped within their length from bottom to top. When they reach the upper part, the sprocket's steering function automatically completes the flipping and unloading work. The slag water is discharged into the slag collecting trough between the mesh plates on both sides and then discharged out of the machine by gravity.
The driving device of the stepped grille dirt remover is located on the upper part of the frame. Screw-type adjustment devices are set on the front and rear sides of the frame to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain.
The frame of the stepped grille dirt remover is an integral rectangular rigid structure assembled and welded by stainless steel plates and steel sections. There is a water inlet hole at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame, and guide rails are provided on the front and rear wall panels of the frame. The frame is installed in the middle of the grille well, and the gap between the two sides of the frame and the grille well is the channel for water to be discharged after the grille is filtered. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the frame, which can prevent floating garbage from passing through while diverting the water.
The traction sprocket and guide device for transmission are placed on the upper and lower parts of both sides of the frame respectively. The stepped mesh plate is made of ASTM304 stainless steel. The mesh surface is a regularly arranged small hole, which has the function of passing water and intercepting sewage. The step surface can intercept larger sewage.
Simple observation method of equipment operation
1. Before the screen: observe the filter screen at the water inlet. The left side is the upward filter screen, and there is more garbage on the mesh surface. The right side is the downward filter screen, and the mesh surface should be clean and free of residue.
2. After the screen: observe the flow of water in the outlet channels on both sides of the screen. When the screen is running, the water flow rolls and the flow rate is large. When it stops, the water output gradually decreases, the flow rate decreases, and the liquid level behind the screen gradually stabilizes.
3. Observe the screen machine for a cycle to see if there is any abnormal sound.
