Installing a submersible mixer's seven-core cable requires professional operation.
The following are key steps and precautions:
I. Wiring Method
The seven-core cable includes:
Three-core thick wire: Three-phase live wire (L1/L2/L3)
Yellow/green dual-color wire: Ground wire (PE)
Wire #31: Motor leakage signal wire
Wires #11 and #12: Motor overheat protection signal wires
II. Installation Points
Cable Protection: Use dedicated fixing rings (spacing ≤80cm) to secure the cable and prevent tangling.
Sealing Treatment: Inject dedicated sealant (such as 3M Scotchcast 2131) into the wiring cavity to ensure waterproof performance.
Double Protection: Install an underwater cable entry sealing auxiliary mechanism and a surface anti-fall device.
III. Safety Specifications
During hoisting, the impeller end should be tilted upwards by 5°-10° to maintain a vertical center of gravity.
Forced hoisting is strictly prohibited. If jammed, gently shake the chain.
After wiring, use a megohmmeter to test the insulation resistance (≥50MΩ).
