Inclined Screen Solid-liquid Separator Is A Device That Uses An Inclined Screen And Mechanical Extrusion To Achieve Efficient Solid-liquid Separation.

The inclined screen solid-liquid separator is a device that utilizes an inclined screen and mechanical extrusion to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation. It is widely used in aquaculture, environmental protection, and food processing. Its core feature is the separation of solids and liquids through the synergistic effect of gravity and mechanical force, offering advantages such as energy saving, high efficiency, and ease of maintenance.

Working Principle

Gravity Filtration: The solid-liquid mixture is pumped into the equipment via a cutting-type submersible pump and evenly distributed onto the inclined screen (typically at an angle of 30°-45°). Solid particles are trapped due to the screen gap (adjustable from 0.5-1.2mm), while the liquid passes through the filter and is discharged.

Mechanical Extrusion: The trapped solid particles are further dehydrated by a spiral extrusion at the lower end of the screen and finally discharged from the outlet.

Core Advantages

Energy-Free: Utilizing the gravity of the water flow itself, it requires no operating power and consumes no energy.

50% Increased Separation Efficiency: Optimized screen angle (customizable from 30-60°), resulting in a solid moisture content as low as 60%, significantly reducing subsequent processing costs. 24-Hour Continuous Operation: Fully enclosed design eliminates the risk of clogging and reduces manual intervention.

Highly Adaptable to Multiple Scenarios: Supports customized materials, screen mesh size, and discharge height for the inclined screen solid-liquid separator.

Typical Application Scenarios:

Industrial Wastewater Treatment: Used in petrochemical, papermaking, brewing, leather, and food processing industries to remove suspended solids and recover useful substances.

Animal Husbandry: Treats livestock and poultry manure, biogas residue, and biogas slurry; the separated manure has a moisture content between 40% and 60%.

Food Processing Industry: Treats high-concentration organic wastewater such as distiller's grains, medicinal residues, starch residues, and sauce residues.

Equipment Features:

Large Processing Capacity, Low Solids Loss: The solids content after treatment is below 1%.

Simple and Convenient Operation: The entire machine is simple and convenient to operate, with a small footprint.

High Adaptability: Can process materials of varying consistency.

High corrosion resistance: The parts of the equipment that come into contact with the treated medium are made of high-quality stainless steel and have undergone pickling and passivation treatment, which makes them several times more resistant to corrosion than ordinary stainless steel and extends their service life.
