Impeller is a very important part of submersible mixer, but it is damaged abnormally due to various reasons. The analysis results show that there are two main reasons for this phenomenon.
1. The wing spacing is too small
When transporting granular materials and bulk materials, it is usually because the blade spacing is too small, the extrusion pressure is too large, and the blade is damaged. As the shaft rotates, a thicker blade will cause some damage. In addition, if the pipe diameter is small, the working pressure will be too high, and the blade will be seriously damaged. This problem can be solved by reducing the speed ratio of blades.
2. The leaves are too thin
Since submersible mixers have no intermediate shaft and all stress points are on the blade, the thickness of the blade plays a very important role in the specific application of the mixer. Therefore, the application performance of submersible agitator can be greatly improved by selecting agitator blades with appropriate thickness.
