Choosing a frame mixer is like choosing the right clothes; the key factors are material, specifications, and after-sales service. Here are the key points:

I. Material Selection

304 Stainless Steel: High cost-performance ratio, suitable for general chemical and food applications.

316L Stainless Steel: Stronger corrosion resistance, suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical acid and alkaline environments.

II. Specification Matching

Capacity: 10L-5000L, small-scale applications: 10-50L, large-scale customization: 2000L and above.

Speed: 20-150r/min, low speed recommended for high-viscosity materials.

Power: 0.5-30kW, 1000L liquid typically requires a 1.5-5kW motor.

III. Customization Points
High-viscosity materials require wider blade spacing.

Provide material viscosity and throughput data to the manufacturer.

Confirm manufacturer qualifications and customization timeline.

Frame mixers are a type of mixing equipment mainly used for mixing high-viscosity liquids (200-300Pa·s), high-concentration slurries, and settling materials. Its structure consists of a stirring shaft, horizontal bars, vertical bars, and blades. The blades are made of flat steel or angle steel and connected by bolts. The gap between the stirrer and the reactor wall is small. Rapid rotation can peel off the static layer from the reactor wall, while slow rotation allows the scraper to promote heat conduction. This equipment is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and water treatment industries.

IV. Working Principle The frame-type stirrer achieves forced material dispersion through horizontal circumferential flow. It is suitable for heat transfer, crystallization operations, and stirring of high-viscosity liquids, high-concentration slurries, and settling slurries. During rapid rotation, the liquid driven by the stirrer blades carries the static layer down from the reactor wall; during slow rotation, the stirrer with scrapers generates good heat conduction.
