Grating trash remover

(1) The trash remover is a structure of double side chain drive and multi scraper cleaning, which is suitable for intercepting and raking the original sewage, garbage and sundries. The trash remover has a good self-cleaning capacity and does not block when working.

(2) A convenient locking mechanism is set near the working bridge elevation of the trash remover to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of operators. Two hinges are set at the top of the working deck of the trash remover to connect with the gate pier, so as to facilitate the placing and lifting of the trash remover.

(3) The trash remover is installed vertically with linear bars arranged at equal intervals. The front type trash cleaning rake plate, which is pulled by a two side circulating chain in front of the grid, rotates from the front of the grid to the rear of the grid for trash removal. Its structure can ensure that the grid accurately completes the entire working cycle, and that its cleaning effect and the bottom of the grid will not have a dead corner for trash accumulation, and that there will be no large dirt passing through the bottom and side gaps.

(4) The main body of the screen trash remover consists of the trash rack body, trash rake plate, drive drive mechanism, safety protection device, trash cleaning comb, underwater rack, electrical system and other major components. The screen trash remover has sufficient rigidity and strength in case of large water level difference (1.5m) between the front and rear, effectively ensuring safe and reliable operation of the screen.

(5) When the screen trash remover is working, the trash cleaning rake plate fixed on the lifting chain, driven by the chain of the drive device, picks up the trash trapped in the underwater screen from the inside out to the bottom up to prevent the pump and pipeline from being worn or blocked, so as to facilitate the smooth progress of the subsequent process.

(6) . The screen trash remover and the trash cleaning rake plate synchronously rotate from the front of the grid to the rear of the grid by means of the lifting chain of the two side drive device. When the rake plate reaches the upper part of the machine body, due to the role of the steering guide rail and guide wheel, the dirt will fall down by gravity to unload and scrape the dirt cleaning comb to remove all the dirt.

(7) The grid body of the trash remover is of welded steel structure, the blocking plate and main beam are made of I-beam, and the cross beam is made of C-beam. The butt welding of the side beam, main beam web and flange, and the welding of the lifting lug plate will be subject to non-destructive inspection. The inspection length is more than 50% of the total weld length, and the splicing weld between the side beam and the main beam will be subject to non-destructive inspection. The inspection length is more than 30% of the total weld length.

(8) In order to facilitate the installation and lifting, the trash cleaning machine body is manufactured in sections. The maximum length of each section meets the requirements of disassembly and assembly, and the connection between sections is marked with corresponding marks (steel seal marks) as the assembly marks. Bolts are used for connection, and lifting lugs are set on each section of the grid body. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grid body shall be high-strength galvanized bolts.

(9) The main beam and rack bar of the trash rack must have sufficient rigidity and strength, and the deflection shall be less than 1/500 of the orifice width when the water level difference is designed.

(10) The grid body of the trash remover adopts welding structure, and the grid bar and beam are also welded, which can reduce the impact on the flow section.

(11) . Grid bar:

The plane of the trash remover is flat. Its bars are set on the middle I-beam. The bars are evenly arranged and parallel to each other. They are vertical to the grid surface, firmly and reliably fixed, and have sufficient strength and stiffness. It must be ensured that it will not be distorted during transportation, installation and operation.

The bars of the trash remover are made of high-quality stainless steel flat steel. The upstream surface of the bars is smooth without acute angles. The garbage accumulated on the bars is easy to remove, effectively preventing the floating objects in the water from adhering to the unsmooth bars, which are difficult to remove. The turning angle of the bars is made into an arc streamline, which can successfully intercept the dirt for easy removal, In addition, the trash cleaning rake chain can smoothly pass through the corner, thus ensuring the effective operation of the grid.

(12) The trash remover is equipped with a slag baffle at the position from the top of the rack bar to the discharge point of the toothed rake, which is firmly, smoothly and reliably fixed with the middle channel steel of the grid. The design of the slag baffle can allow all materials falling from the toothed rake during operation to be blocked back to the upstream of the grid.

(13) The tooth rake of the trash remover is made of seamless steel pipe, which is a rigid connection. The tooth rake is formed by stamping stainless steel plates. When it engages with the grid bar, it is designed to have a certain angle with the vertical direction of the grid bar to prevent the accumulation of small dirt in the sewage, and can scrape the garbage on the front surface and side of the grid bar. The trash removal rake uses the way of moving the chain in the guide rail on both sides of the trash remover to pull the tooth rake upward along the front of the grid bar, so that it will not collide with the grid bar and the slag baffle during operation. Since the reducer is installed inside the frame and the tooth rake operates outside the frame, no matter what the size of garbage is, the tooth rake will not jam when cleaning garbage. In order to ensure good chain operation, the spacing of tooth harrow is generally set ≤ 2m, but not less than 1.0m.

(14) The grid is equipped with a guide device to change the running direction of the tooth rake, which is composed of four guide wheels, which are respectively placed at the top and bottom of the rack. The bottom guide wheel is a wide concave large and small guide wheel, which is designed with an anti chain release device and has the function of reasonably and effectively preventing chain release. The distance between the bottom guide wheel and the groove bottom is designed to be the minimum, which expands the working range of the rake teeth. All the water in the channel can flow through the grid. There is no dead zone on both sides of the channel, and no garbage will accumulate at the bottom of the grid. The guide wheel adopts sliding bearing and plastic nylon alloy sleeve. The sleeve does not need to be filled with lubricating oil and has good wear resistance. It is commonly used in hydraulic engineering.

(15) The traction chain and roller of the trash remover are made of stainless steel in the form of double row sleeve roller chain. The traction chain has sufficient section size, and its breaking strength is not less than 5 times of the maximum traction force.

(16) The height of the discharge opening of the trash remover shall be consistent with the receiving height of the belt conveyor. When the trash is collected by the grating trash cleaning rake to the discharge opening, due to the role of the steering guide rail and guide wheel, the trash will fall down and unload by gravity.

(17) . Scratch device:

A dirt scraping mechanism hinged on the frame by a pivot is arranged below the discharge opening of the trash remover. It combs the residual dirt on the rake teeth of the trash cleaning rake by means of the relative movement with the trash cleaning rake to make the dirt fall into the belt conveyor, which can ensure that the dirt on the rake teeth of the trash cleaning rake does not fall back into the rear brake chamber.

(18) The drive shaft of the trash remover is made of seamless steel pipe, which has sufficient strength and stiffness and can withstand the combined action of bending moment and torque.

(19) The drive shaft of the trash remover is made of seamless steel pipe, and the welding internal stress is eliminated after assembly and welding; The shaft head surface is hardened to improve the anti sediment wear degree of the journal surface.

(20) . The drive device and chain drive device are equipped with protective covers, which are designed to facilitate opening, maintenance and inspection.

The reducer of the trash remover will be of high quality. It and the grid guide wheel will be driven by a primary chain, with high power transmission efficiency, stable operation and no noise. There will be no oil leakage at all the joint surfaces, output and input shaft seals of the reducer.

The chain wheel is equipped with a safety shear pin and a proximity switch. If the shear pin is damaged, the signal can be transmitted to the central control room to achieve overload protection and alarm functions.

The drive motor of the trash remover is suitable for 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz, with the protection class of IP55 (outdoor type) and insulation class of F.

(21) The drive device of the reverse salvaging screen trash remover is equipped with a mechanical and electrical overload protection device. In addition, the screen trash remover is equipped with a manual reversal system to assist in maintenance when the screen is blocked.

Mechanical protection measures: safety pin and proximity switch are set in the drive sprocket, which can instantly cut off the power output and power supply in case of overload, so as to prevent the transmission parts from being damaged.

Electrical protection measures: over-current self protection and thermal overload protection measures are set in the electrical design to ensure that the power supply is cut off once the equipment is overloaded.

(22) In case of component failure, the trash remover can lift the grille out of the water surface with special lifting tools on both sides for maintenance. Low friction self-lubricating sliding bearings must be used for the bearings of the trash remover hinge block and the drive mechanism of the rake device to facilitate maintenance and operation.

(23) Under normal conditions, the trash remover can operate intermittently through electrical control, but it can also operate continuously for 24 hours when necessary.
